The Public Sector Transformation team are looking for two high performing, ambitious Project Managers to enable delivery of new projects in our programme. As a sub regional programme we are encouraging secondment opportunities and would welcome applications from across the partnership. 1 x Project Manager – 12 months fixed term. Experience of partnership working and knowledge of the criminal justice system would be desirable.
1 x Project Manager – 2 years fixed term. Experience of partnership working and knowledge of service transformation would be desirable.

Cheshire and Warrington Public Sector Transformation Programme Background
The Public Service Transformation Programme has been collaboratively designed by sub-regional partners with an aim to build on the relationships developed and the successes achieved through sub-regional working.
The three-year programme covers priority themes which have been developed into work streams:
- Complex Dependency Legacy plan
- Health Related Worklessness and Low Pay Progression
- Preventing poor Mental Health
- Reducing Offending
- Reducing Domestic Abuse
- Enablers to achieve change
Our vision is to support the sub-region’s ambition for sustainable and inclusive growth by tackling issues that prevent growth. We will do this by working together to focus on our agreed priorities, putting service users at the heart of these services, and taking a holistic approach to supporting people and improving outcomes.
