Public Sector Transformation Programme
Following the successes of the Complex Dependency Programme, Sub-regional partners decided to build on the momentum by collaboratively co-designing a three-year transformation plan for Public Sector Transformation across Cheshire and Warrington. The strategic plan reflects the opportunities and needs of the Sub-region and will continue to deliver improved outcomes for the collective population.
The vision is to support the Sub-region’s ambition for sustainable and inclusive growth by tackling issues that prevent growth through a cross partner approach.
The programme will build on Complex Dependency legacy funding from previous innovation grant awards including the residual funding from the National Transformation Challenge Award Fund and the Community Safety Grant, laying a foundation to attract funding to the Sub-region to support integration and partnership working approaches, to achieve sustainable outcomes and efficiencies.
The Transformation Plan consists of six priority themes:
- Complex Dependency Legacy
- Health Related Worklessness and Low Pay
- Preventing Poor Mental Health
- Reducing Offending
- Reducing Domestic Abuse
- Enablers to Achieve Change
Building on the success of the Complex Dependency Programme, this three-year transformation plan will improve outcomes for the people of Cheshire and Warrington.
